Recipe: Kimchi Mayo
Ingredients:
1/2 cup kimchi
1/4 cup mayonnaise (preferably Duke’s)
Optional: salt, pepper, rice vinegar, sriracha
Directions:
Mix kimchi and mayonnaise in a food processor until smooth.
Adjust to taste with optional seasonings.
Use on sandwiches, dressings, deviled eggs, pimento cheese, or as a dip.
